Intelligent Route Selection
Per-destination routing driven by live quality metrics, not static preference lists.
Voice Termination
High-quality voice termination to global destinations, with routing decisions driven by live quality data and route options matched to your commercial priorities.
Overview
Termination quality is not an accident — it is the product of route selection, continuous measurement and fast reaction to degradation. Vireon's routing platform evaluates paths per destination using live ASR, ACD, PDD and CLI-delivery data, and steers traffic accordingly.
Different traffic has different needs. Conversational retail traffic, contact-centre dialler traffic and application-generated calls each get routing profiles suited to their tolerance for cost versus quality, agreed with you up front.
When something changes on a route — a downstream issue, a quality dip, a capacity constraint — automated failover and our 24/7 NOC keep traffic moving while the underlying issue is resolved.

Common Questions
Routes are continuously measured on ASR, ACD, PDD and CLI delivery. Under-performing paths are automatically deprioritised and investigated by the NOC.
Yes. Your rate card can mix tiers by destination, so premium CLI routes carry the traffic that needs them and cost-optimised routes carry the rest.
Automated failover shifts traffic to alternate paths immediately. The NOC then works the incident with downstream partners and keeps your team informed.
Traffic profiles are agreed during onboarding. Talk to sales about your traffic characteristics so routing and commercial terms can be set appropriately.
