OTP-Grade Routing
Latency-sensitive routes for one-time passcodes and other transactional traffic.
SMS Messaging
A2P and P2P SMS with global reach, sender-ID management, delivery receipts and route-level monitoring, for platforms, enterprises and aggregators.
Overview
SMS remains the most universal messaging channel — and the one where routing quality is hardest to see from the outside. Vireon's messaging platform is built around visibility: delivery receipts, route-level conversion tracking and monitoring that distinguishes real handset delivery from silent failure.
A2P traffic — one-time passcodes, alerts, notifications, campaigns — is routed with attention to sender-ID handling and destination-specific regulation. P2P interworking is supported for operators and service providers carrying person-to-person traffic.
Connect over SMPP for high-throughput integration or use the REST API for application development. Both interfaces feed the same routing and reporting core.
| Traffic types | A2P and P2P |

| Sender IDs | Alphanumeric, numeric, shortcode (market-dependent) |
| DLRs | Supported where destination provides them |
| Encoding | GSM-7, UCS-2, concatenation |

Service parameters are configured per agreement. Contact sales for specifics.

Common Questions
Yes — inbound SMS is available on SMS-enabled numbers in supported markets, delivered to your platform by webhook or SMPP.
Sender-ID behaviour varies widely by country. We maintain destination guidance and flag registration requirements before your traffic goes live.
Delivery receipts where the destination supports them, plus route-level statistics and testing data available to your team.
Yes. Many customers run SMPP binds for bulk traffic and the REST API for application features — both report into the same account.
